You can request the permanent deletion of your Clunker Busters account at any time. A single request removes your account from both our website and our mobile app, since they share the same account.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account, email us at support@clunkerbusters.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
What Happens Next
- Our support team will confirm receipt of your request and verify that it came from the account owner.
- Once verified, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 90 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
What Is Deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile information, saved vehicles, order history, and inspection reports from your account on both the website and the mobile app. We may retain certain records where required by law, such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, or information needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Any retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important to Know
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an inspection in progress, we recommend waiting until it is complete before requesting deletion, as you will lose access to the resulting report.
