How the Call Works
A reviewer calls you once the inspection is complete. You do not have to chase anyone or book a slot: when the inspector has finished and your report is ready, one of our reviewers phones you on the number on your order and talks you through what was found.
- 1 The inspection is completed Your inspector finishes on site and submits the report with its photos.
- 2 A reviewer reads the report One of our reviewers goes through the findings and the photos before calling, so the call is about your vehicle, not a script.
- 3 We call you to discuss it You get a call on the number on your order. Ask anything: what a finding means, what is urgent, what it is likely to cost, what you would be taking on.
This add-on is the conversation, so there is no PDF to download for it. The inspection report and any other add-ons you bought stay in your account as usual, and your consultation is marked complete there once the call has happened.
